The best way to check your health right now is to know your numbers. This enables you to see where your health is and can give you the boost if you need to change anything. Knowing your numbers also helps you see if, or when, things begin to change.
We look at Lifestyle factors, such as sleep, stress, movement, and sitting hours, which are all taken into consideration so you get a well rounded insight into what habits might be impacting your health.
A health MOT can be carried out yearly to make sure you are still on track for health.
The best thing about a PRISM Health Assessment is your report, which details your measurements each time, gives you practical yet personal tips on making changes, and it means you can see, year on year, if and and when your health status is beginning to change.

One-to-one, private consultations are a safe space to explore your symptoms, take into account your history and help to find the root cause of your symptoms.
If you book for Nutritional Therapy your first appointment will last around 90 minutes and the aim of this session is to understand and determine your health goals. We can dive deeper into the informaiton you shared via your health questionnaire, and this may include things like previous ehalth history, family history as well as eating habits, likes, dislikes, stress levels and life stage.
From here we can work together to develop your personal plan going forward for the next month or so.
All recommendations are taylored to the individual and we take into account practicalities as well.
I may suggest you have some further testing from your GP or private funcitonal testing may be suggested if relevant.
These tests can be used to provide valuble insights into what's going on in the body, enabling us to build a more targeted nutrition programme.
Follow up appointment last for around 45-60 minuts. These are a chance for us to check in and see how you have found the recommendaitons within your plan since we last met.. We can then adjust as needed.
